Really neat Courthouse, almost Spanish looking. The walls have been repainted a yellow color and the roof is made of blue metal. Again it's located on a small square but not in the center of the square.
They have the Confederate Soldier Memorial as well as memorials to other wars.
The plaque says that the Courthouse was built in 1861 (the first year of the Civil War). Inside the main entry was a newspaper cutting documenting the demise of a continuous card game that had been played for several generations within the courthouse.
